David is Head of the Digital Business practice in Spain.
He advises numerous technology companies in corporate and commercial issues, and participates in programmes and events arranged by local organisations supporting e-commerce, entrepreneurs and innovation in Spain. David also specialises in corporate transactions (particularly mergers and acquisitions), PE/VC and financing, and is closely associated with clients listed on the stock exchange.
