He is active in litigation, both domestically and cross-border, with extensive experience of arbitration proceedings such as IT, ICC and CEPINA. His experience includes a multi-jurisdictional litigation involving a world leader in transport; negotiating and drafting contracts and agreements in developing the Belgian distribution centre of a well-known sports brand; legal advice in setting up an international logistics training centre between a logistics provider and the University of Leuven; the commercial transfer of a cold store facility centre in Belgium to an American investor.
